fantastic stay!
amazing staff friendly assistant good job
I appreciated the reception staff. They were amazing. mr mahmoud, assistant front office, stood out as friendly. the reception team did a very good job indeed. i had a great time because of their service.
I observed limited hours for the aqua park. It was available for only one hour per day near the snack bar.

Chef ahmed and the entire team were constantly checking on us to ensure everything was perfect!!! the restaurant offered a very wide variety of food. It honestly tasted like heaven. the food was AMAZING!!!

the food at the buffet was acceptable. it was not amazing. but it was edible.
The room i booked was supposed to be a superior room. it was on the road side and looked unfinished. Moldings were missing.

A marvelous stay!
perfect host bright hospitality
From the instant I arrived, the hospitality shone so bright. Ayman could not do enough for me, a perfect host. Soltan was also perfect. I will come back, I know it in my heart.
Food felt often same. Late breakfast seemed more like leftovers from supper. Entertainment happened briefly each night.

the room upgrade to a swim-up family room provided direct pool access. the reception team was helpful, especially hany, mohamed ali, and mohamed mokhtar. chef essam prepared delicious food, and the snack chef showed great care regarding our sohoor meal.

the staff is very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. mahmoud soltan, the manager, demonstrated great attention to detail and addressed any concerns promptly. maria, the guest relations manager, was very helpful and ensured all needs were met (she.).

I found the food to be diverse, providing MANY options for different tastes. The staff showed genuine care. They were always smiling. The room was clean. It offered ample space for relaxation. The hotel boasts several pools, each designed to cater to various age groups.
I noticed slight delays in receiving requested amenities. It was a minor inconvenience.
